NOT COVERED:

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse. Damage, corrosion or rust from improper storage and consequential damage is expressly excluded from this warranty.

COVERED:

The warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the Original Grate Grabber is used in normal domestic conditions in accordance with proper care and use instructions provided. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the Original Grate Grabber which, under normal use TCC Ventures determines after examination to be defective. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product. A defective tool will be replaced free of charge, or replaced by a similar product or one of equivalent value if the original product is no longer in production. Replacement with the same color cannot be guaranteed.

Scratches, stains, Paint wear and discoloration is normal and to be expected. Shipping costs will be assumed by the consumer.
